   1*Just remember the good times and don't give yourself too many problems!*
      ouvenez vous seulement du Bonheur
                  Et ne vous faites pas trop de problèmes!

   2*If you stop thinking, if you listen to what happens or goes on around you,
      you see things for what they are! And no unconscious habit anymore!
      And what happens is always best for you.
      Stop chattering whitin your head or with other people:
         so you'll see any type of meeting, or activity with anything or anyone is
      absoluty perfect.*

                  si vous écoutez ce qui passe et se passe,
                  il y a ce qu'il y a!
                  Et non plus vos habitudes inconscientes!
                  Et ce qu'il y a est toujours le meilleur pour vous.
                  Assez de bavardage dans vos têtes ou avec les autres:
                  toute rencontre, toute activité avec qui que ce soit
                  et quoi que ce soit sont ainsi parfaites.

         you aware that:
           this is the best way to be, the most natural way to live.*

      Être soi-même, s'ouvrir aux autres et établir des contacts simples avec eux.
      Tout ceci en pleine conscience, puisque le commandement est donné
      pour attirer votre attention:
      c'est la meilleure attitude à avoir, la plus naturelle.
